We help supply and market EN590 10ppm Gasoil on CIF or FOB basis from select global terminals and refineries. Product origin is subject to availability. SGS or equivalent inspection is conducted at the port of loading.

If you are seeking to purchase Gasoil / EN590 10ppm from a non-sanctioned origin, please refer below to the standard transaction procedures of our main supply sources for both CIF and FOB (TTV) transactions.

Common Procedures: TTV (Tank-to-Vessel), FOB (Free on Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight), TTT (Tank-to-Tank), and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)

Term Contracts & Trial Shipment

We welcome serious inquiries for term contracts based on the procedures below, with the possibility of arranging a trial shipment to establish comfort and transactional trust between the Buyer and Seller.

Please note that we work exclusively with direct buyers who have verifiable storage capabilities and a proven track record in purchasing Gasoil. We may consider working with referral or introducer agents who have a direct relationship or mandate from the Buyer; however, we do not engage with multi-layered broker chains.

  3. Draft SPA & Execution (Seller issues draft SPA; both parties review, finalize, and sign)
  4. RWA (MT799) & L/C (MT700) (Buyer issues RWA, then DLC via SWIFT MT700)
  5. 2% Performance Bond (Seller’s bank issues PB after DLC is issued)
  6. Full POP Documents Issued (Seller provides export licenses, port/storage agreements, B/L, SGS, etc.)
  7. Buyer Provides TSR / Discharge Logistics (Buyer provides discharge port logistics for SGS/CIQ testing)
  8. Shipping Commences (Product shipped as per CIF delivery terms in SPA)
  9. Payment via MT103 After Discharge Port Inspection (Payment made after SGS/CIQ at discharge port and document verification)
  10. Seller Pays Intermediaries (if applicable) (As per NCNDA/IMFPA agreements signed)
